1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") governs the relationship between awclub8 ("Platform", "we") and you as the user ("Member", "Player"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the awclub8 platform, you agree to be fully bound by all provisions set out in this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the awclub8 platform. Continued use after any amendment to these terms is considered your acceptance of those changes.

2. Member Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the awclub8 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• Not be located in a region or jurisdiction where online betting is fully prohibited under local law.
• Not be an employee, officer, or person with a vested interest in awclub8 or any of its subsidiary companies.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) active account on the awclub8 platform. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being closed without any refund of remaining balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information, including:

• Full name as stated on your identity card or MyKad.
• A valid date of birth to verify that you are 21 years of age or older.
• An active mobile number registered in your name.
• A valid and reachable email address.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity that occurs in your account is your responsibility unless it has been reported to us in writing.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

awclub8 provides a range of payment methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All transactions are processed using a secure, encrypted system.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Under 1 hour once all verifications are complete.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to an account that has been verified in the member's name.
• awclub8 reserves the right to delay withdrawals until bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.
• All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed, unless a technical error has been confirmed by our team.

For accounts that have received a bonus, all related wagering requirements must be completed before any withdrawal request is approved. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the bonus amount being forfeited.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by awclub8 are subject to specific terms set for each offer. Members are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: awclub8 offers a 200% welcome bonus on the first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,000. The following calculation examples apply:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM200 → Balance RM300 → Wagering requirement: RM200 × 10 = RM2,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,200 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 10 = RM10,000

The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. This means the bonus amount received must be wagered 10 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

VIP Programme: awclub8 operates a VIP programme with three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. VIP members are eligible for weekly cashback depending on their membership level:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progress to a higher VIP tier depends on player activity and loyalty. All decisions relating to VIP status are at the absolute discretion of awclub8.

6. Game Rules and Ethics

All games on awclub8 — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, arcade games and virtual sports — must be played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers and the platform's general guidelines.

The following are strictly prohibited when using the awclub8 platform:

• Using any automation software, bots, or unauthorised technical tools.
• Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage (collusion).
• Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the game system.
• Using illegally obtained funds for betting (money laundering).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or while using the platform.

awclub8 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds conducted under suspicious circumstances or in violation of these rules. awclub8's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibitions, Restrictions and Responsible Gambling

Our platform provides the following mechanisms for self-protection:

• Deposit limits: Members can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

Circumstances that may lead to an account being closed or suspended include:

• Confirmed payment fraud or submission of false documents.
• Activities that violate applicable laws, including money laundering.

Members may also voluntarily close their account by contacting awclub8 customer support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the member after the review process is completed, subject to fulfilment of all relevant conditions.

9. Liability Limits and Disclaimer

awclub8 provides the online betting platform on an "as-is" basis. We strive to ensure the platform operates without interruption, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors or disruptions beyond our control.

awclub8 is not responsible for:

• Losses arising from technical disruptions, internet disconnections, or failures of devices owned by the member.
• Losses caused by third-party actions including payment providers or game providers.
• Any betting decisions made by members based on inaccurate information or misunderstanding.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform.

In any circumstance, awclub8's liability to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

awclub8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without requiring prior consent from members. All amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
